CCBA® Certification Training: Capability in Business Analysis

CCBA® Certification Training: Capability in Business Analysis

About the Course

The Certification of Capability in Business Analysis (CCBA®) exam preparation course is a rigorous, four-day program designed for intermediate business analysis practitioners. As organizations increasingly rely on data-driven decision-making, the ability to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions has become a critical enterprise asset. This course provides a deep dive into the industry-standard framework for business analysis, focusing on the specialized knowledge required to transition from foundational tasks to higher-level project responsibilities.

Participants will master the core Knowledge Areas outlined in the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK® Guide), learning to apply standardized terminology and techniques to real-world scenarios. The training emphasizes the relationship between inputs, outputs, and stakeholders, ensuring that analysts can lead elicitation sessions and manage the requirements life cycle with precision. By formalizing their expertise, students not only prepare for the certification exam but also bring a more mature, common language to their organization’s BA practice.

This program satisfies the 35 hours of formal professional development education required by the International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®) to sit for the exam. Beyond the curriculum, students gain access to specialized test-taking strategies and practice exams designed to decode complex situational questions. Achieving the CCBA® credential serves as a professional milestone, signaling to employers that a practitioner possesses the capability to manage larger projects and deliver improved business outcomes.
