Microsoft Power Platform is a low-code/no-code family of products that enables users to do three key data actions that help drive business: Analyze, Act, and Automate. Power Platform does this with Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate (formerly Flow), all working together atop data to help all levels of employees drive the business with data. Power BI makes it easy to connect, analyze and gain insight from the data that runs your business; PowerApps lets one build web and mobile applications without writing code; and Power Automate lets non-technical users automate complex business processes and workflows without a complex IT deployment.
As a Microsoft Learning Partner, The Academy provides authorized instructor-led training. Course content is from the same people who wrote the software and the certification exams. Our live, instructor-led (ILT) courses are taught and supported by Microsoft Certified Trainers.
Instructor-led Training (ILT)
ILT classes are live and hands-on training via remote instructor . This interactive training is led and supported by a professional instructor and for most people is the best way to learn. Participants can attend ILT classes at any of The Academy’s more than 300 centers OR from their own location

The Power Platform Functional Consultant must have broad applied knowledge of the Power Platform, including practical understanding of capabilities, boundaries, and constraints. Candidates for this certification should have experience using Power Platform maker tools to create solutions that use Power Platform and Microsoft 365 as well as proficiency in data modeling, user experience design, requirements analysis, and process analysis.

Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associates design, develop, secure, and troubleshoot Power Platform solutions. They implement components of the solution that include application enhancements, custom user experience, system integrations, data conversions, custom process automation, and custom visualizations.
Candidates for this certification must have strong applied knowledge of Power Platform services, an in-depth understanding of capabilities, boundaries, and constraints and a basic understanding of DevOps practices for Power Platform. Their development experience for this role should include Power Platform services, JavaScript, JSON, TypeScript, C#, HTML, .NET, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, RESTful web services, ASP.NET, and Power BI.
