Because of our partnership with The Code Academy, a VA-approved school, veterans and eligible family members can now use their VA education benefits to request reimbursement for IT certification training — starting with the CompTIA Server+ Boot Camp.
Thank you for your service. Many of our students are veterans and military families, and paying for certification training should not stand in the way of a new IT career. Here is what the partnership means for you.
What this means for you
- The Code Academy is approved by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (facility code 46P00310).
- If you enrol in the CompTIA Server+ Boot Camp through The Code Academy, VA can pay you back for the course, up to the approved $2,495.
- You pay the tuition first, then request your money back from VA after the class.
You can take the course in whichever way suits you:
- In the classroom — at our Miami campus
- Distance learning — live online with an instructor, from home
- Hybrid — a mix of classroom and live online sessions
Who qualifies
You must already be approved for one of these benefits:
- Chapter 33 — Post-9/11 GI Bill®
- Chapter 35 — Survivors’ and Dependents’ Educational Assistance (DEA)
