This three-day, instructor-led training equips participants with essential instructional skills required for Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) certification. The course covers adult learning principles, instructional methodologies, virtual and in-person training techniques, and classroom engagement strategies. Participants will engage in hands-on teaching exercises, real-world training simulations, and guided practice to develop effective instructional delivery skills.

Upon successful completion, participants will earn the Instructional Skills Certificate (ISC), a mandatory requirement for the MCT application.

Assessment & Certification

To earn the Instructional Skills Certificate (ISC), participants must:

  • Pass a knowledge assessment (30%)
  • Submit two recorded teaching presentations (50%) for evaluation
  • Demonstrate active participation and engagement (20%)

Participants must achieve a minimum score of 75% to receive certification.

Prerequisites

To ensure a successful learning experience, participants should have:

  • Basic instructional experience or an interest in training delivery
  • Strong foundational knowledge of Microsoft technologies
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Office 365

Minimum Enrollment Requirement

A minimum of three participants per session is required for training to proceed.
