Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) training introduces participants to modern endpoint deployment, configuration, management, and security using Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 technologies. The course covers device enrollment and management, applications, endpoint security, identity and compliance, and endpoint operations, with exposure to technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and Windows 365.

Course Objectives

This course is designed to develop practical knowledge of modern endpoint administration and the technologies used to manage and secure devices and applications.

By the end of this course, participants should have a better understanding of how to:

• Prepare and enroll devices using Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune
• Deploy, configure, and maintain managed endpoints
• Implement endpoint security, compliance, and device update strategies
• Deploy and protect applications across managed environments
• Use automation, monitoring, and reporting to support endpoint operations

These objectives reflect the five major areas in Microsoft’s current MD-102 blueprint effective July 24, 2026.

Course Prerequisites
