Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification Boot Camp
Duration: 5 days
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt training teaches you to find the waste and variation in a real business process and remove it. You work through the DMAIC method – Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve and Control – applying each stage to a project you bring with you or one we supply. By the end of the week you can run an improvement project without supervision and present the results to a sponsor.
Learning Objectives
- Scope a project and write a problem statement a sponsor will approve
- Map a process and separate the steps that add value from the steps that do not
- Collect data that is good enough to act on, and prove that it is
- Use control charts and capability analysis to tell real change from noise
- Run root cause analysis and test improvements before rolling them out
- Put controls in place so the improvement survives after the project ends
